Poole Ferry Port

Poole Ferry Port is located centrally on the south coast of England and offers regular crossings to Cherbourg on the north coast of France.

The central location makes Poole extremely popular with travellers from London, the Midlands and the Westcountry. Poole also has the world’s second-largest natural harbour after Sydney.

The Port of Poole is accessible by road, rail and on foot. If you’re travelling by car you’ll find that the port is connected via the A31, M27 and M3 to London, the A350 to Bristol and A35 to the southwest. The closest train station is located in the centre of Poole around a mile away.

If you’re travelling by bus then you’ll find a regular bus service that operates between the Port of Poole and the town centre.
